IPL 2020 Matches will adhere Covid Protocol

IPL 2020 Matches in this season of IPL Matches scheduled for September will be adhering strict covid19 protocols, official sources said. Players will be screened for Covid prior to boarding to UAE where the tournament is happening. Players will be screened for Covid and if found positive, they need to go into quarantine for 14 days. They will be cleared to fly only after 2 consecutive tests in a span of 24 hours turn negative.

Once they reach the UAE for IPL 2020 Matches, they will have to take 5 more Covid tests which should all turn negative before they will be allowed to participate in the practice sessions. Even after that Covid tests will be done on every 5th day till they remain in UAE. They won’t be allowed to mingle with others and will have to wear facemask as well.
